As soon as you install the click tracking script on your landing page/s the system will start tracking your traffic, enabling auto-tagging will allow our system to differentiate the types of clicks.
However, the rate at which you start seeing traffic is dependent on the amount of traffic you are receiving, the more traffic you receive the faster our system will begin to record them.
Call Only ads are ads which transfer to a phone number instead of a landing page.
Because Call Only ads transfer to a phone number our click tracking script on your landing page cannot track the click to record the IP and fill your click quotas.
However if you run both standard search ads and call only ads together in your campaigns, partial ad traffic is transferred to a landing page and our tracking script can partially register IP’s from your ads, helping to fill your click quotas and to reduce clicks and costs associated from your ads.
Click Quotas is a feature in TCS which gives you the ability to set a customizable amount of clicks per IP address landing on your website.
For Google Ads, once a click quota has been filled the system automatically excludes that IP in Google Ads across all your campaigns, stopping any further clicks and charges from that IP.
For Bing Ads, once a click quota has been filled the system automatically emails you a “Click Quota Alert”, you can manually exclude the IP across all your ad campaigns, unfortunately Bing Ads does NOT have capabilities to support automatic Ip exclusion.
To discover more about setting your click quotas. check out "If I Set My Click Quotas To 1"
Automatic IP excluding is a feature in TCS only available for Google Ads, unfortunately Bing Ads does not have the capabilities to exclude an IP automatically.
Firstly, the process of automatically excluding an IP address happens in real time and faster than you’re able to manually exclude an IP, effectively reducing further clicks and charges .
Secondly, the IP address is excluded across all your campaigns, even if the click is performed on another ad, the system will exclude that IP across your entire campaigns, reducing further clicks and costs from that IP.
Finally, as a business owner you are busy with important operations in your business, the process of manually excluding an IP address is time consuming, time which can be better spent on other areas in your business. With automatic IP exclusion you are free to go about your daily business without having to worry, we got your back!
IP Ranges is lot of IP addresses in close range of each other
When this feature is enabled the system will exclude an IP range, instead of excluding each IP address individually.
For instance,
An individual IPv4 looks like: 123.456.789.123.
When the system excludes an IP range it will look like: 123.456.789.*
Automatically excluding any persons using an IP within this range from viewing your ad.
Cons of IP Ranges
– At times, ranges can exclude potential clients from viewing your advertisement who has an IP which falls within this range
Pros of IP Ranges
– It can pre- stop more clicks coming from unlikely potential customers
The system tracks your traffic 24/7 and the procedure of excluding an IP happens instantaneously, at the moment your click quota is met, the system informs Google Ads to exclude that IP.
By setting your click quota to 1 means you will be excluding in your Google Ads campaigns nearly every IP coming to your site, which is best for maximum click saving.
To understand the impact of having your Click Quota set to one, it’s best you know the pros and cons
The cons of setting your click quota to 1
– Your campaign limit of 500 excluded IP’s set by Google will be reached faster and older already excluded IP’s will be released faster.
– You can exclude potential clients
To know more about Google’s limit of 500 excluded IP’s per campaign, check out "Googles Limit Of 500Ip's Per Campaign".
The pros of setting your click quota to 1
– You will exclude the maximum of unwanted clients
– You will save the maximum amount of clicks, which puts more dollars in your pocket
Google Ads sets a limit of 500 IP’s per campaign which can be excluded, once your container is full, the system will automatically remove the oldest IP to make way for the new IP.
It is important to recognise that a specific IP that was used by a non-potential client three months ago will not necessarily be used by them today.
If an IP has recently been released from your container and fills your click quota, it will be excluded again immediately
You can also exceed Google’s limit by enabling IP ranges
To know more about excluding IP ranges, check out "IP Ranges and Why Do You Need It".
If you’re manually excluding IP’s through your TCS dashboard, you will permanently exclude these Ip’s until you manually remove them from your blacklist, the system will also take precedence on manually excluded IP’s over any IP’s which is automatically excluded. For instance, if you manually exclude 150 IP’s, this means the system will only have 350 Ip’s to rotate for new IP’s in your exclusion list as Google sets a limit of 500 excluded Ip’s or Ip ranges in your container.
To learn more about Google 500 IP limit, check out "Googles limit of 500 IP's per campaign".

An IP stands for Internet Protocol, consisting of a unique string of numbers and letters that identifies each computer using the Internet to communicate over a network, without an IP address, your computer or smartphone can’t connect to the internet, an IP by itself can be compared to something like the postal system. It allows you to address a package and drop it in the system, but there’s no direct link between you and the recipient
Currently there are two versions of Internet Protocol (IP): IPv4 and a new version called IPv6. IPv6 is an evolutionary upgrade to the Internet Protocol. IPv6 will coexist with the older IPv4 for some time.
An IPv4 looks similar to 216.58.216.214
IPv4 is the most widely deployed Internet protocol used to connect devices to the Internet. IPv4 uses a 32-bit address scheme allowing for a total of 2^32 addresses (just over 4 billion addresses). With the growth of the Internet it is expected that the number of unused IPv4 addresses will eventually run out because every device — including computers, smartphones and game consoles — that connects to the Internet requires an address.
Seeing an IP in your dashboard which look similar to: 3ffe:1900:4545:3:200:f8ff:fe21:67cf ?
This a new Internet addressing system Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) is being deployed to fulfil the need for more Internet addresses.
IPv6 (Internet Protocol Version 6) is also called IPng (Internet Protocol next generation) and it is the newest version of the Internet Protocol (IP) reviewed in the IETF standards committees to replace the current version of IPv4 (Internet Protocol Version 4).
IPv6 is the successor to Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4). It was designed as an evolutionary upgrade to the Internet Protocol and will, in fact, coexist with the older IPv4 for some time. IPv6 is designed to allow the Internet to grow steadily, both in terms of the number of hosts connected and the total amount of data traffic transmitted.
IPv6 is often referred to as the “next generation” Internet standard and has been under development since the mid-1990s. IPv6 was born out of concern that the demand for IP addresses would exceed the available supply.
While increasing the pool of addresses is one of the most often-talked about benefit of IPv6, there are other important technological changes in IPv6 that will improve the IP protocol:
No more NAT (Network Address Translation)
Auto-configuration
No more private address collisions
Better multicast routing
Simpler header format
Simplified, more efficient routing
True quality of service (QoS), also called “flow labeling”
Built-in authentication and privacy support
Flexible options and extensions
Easier administration (say good-bye to DHCP)
An IP address is binary numbers but can be stored as text for human readers. For example, a 32-bit numeric address (IPv4) is written in decimal as four numbers separated by periods. Each number can be zero to 255. For example, 1.160.10.240 could be an IP address.
IPv6 addresses are 128-bit IP address written in hexadecimal and separated by colons. An example IPv6 address could be written like this: 3ffe:1900:4545:3:200:f8ff:fe21:67cf.

There are multiple reasons this could occur,
1. You have not installed our click tracking script on your landing page/s. Go to your TCS dashboard, select setup > monitoring script > copy and paste click tracking script > install on your landing pages.
2. You have not enabled auto tagging.
3. Your ads are not active
4. You are running call-only ads, at the moment it is impossible to track clicks which transfer to a phone number, instead of a landing page – accounting for missing clicks. To learn more goto "How does the system handle Call Only ads" in the General tab.
5. The time frame which you are currently viewing is in a time period which clicks were not being tracked. Go to the top right of the page and change the time period.
6. Align the timezone of your Google Ads account and your Click Saver account. Simply go to your TCS dashboard > My Account > Update timezone.
7. When you originally signed up to your Click Saver account, you may have misspelled your domain url, this will prevent clicks from showing in your data. Simply goto your TCS dashboard > Setup > Website list, remove and add new domain with correct domain.
There are two possible reasons why this could be happening,
1. If you are not seeing any click data in your dashboard, the most probable reason is you have not installed the click tracking script on your landing pages or the click tracking script has not been correctly installed on your landing pages.
To learn about installing monitoring script, check out "Which pages do I install the click tracking script" in Getting Started tab.
2. If you are seeing organic and direct clicks in your dashboard, but not paid ad clicks, the most probable reason is you haven’t enabled auto-tagging
To learn how to enable auto-tagging in your Google Ads account, check out "Google Ads- Enabling Auto Tagging" in Getting Started tab.
To learn how to enable auto-tagging in your Bing/Microsoft Ads account, check out "Bing Ads- Enabling Auto Tagging" in Getting Started tab.
The most probable explanation is your IP has been automatically excluded by the system or an IP range which includes your IP address has been excluded.
To solve this…
You first need to identify your IP address
Goto https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and discover your IP address
Once you have discovered your IP address
Goto to your TCS dashboard > Intel Reports > Blocked Ip’s > Search for your Ip or an Ip range which has your IP included.
After you have found your IP or IP range, you need to add it to the whitelist (allowed ip’s)
Goto to your TCS dashboard > Control panel > Whitelist Ip’s > Add Whitelist Ip > Enter your IP or IP range which included your IP > Save.
In some rare cases, after adding an IP addresses manually to the “blacklist Ip’s” or “whitelist Ip’s” box in your Click Saver dashboard, a caching issue might occur resulting in the IPs that you’ve added to not be displayed in your Google Ads exclusion lists.
In order to fix this problem, please logout and login to your Google Ads account
2. Click Campaign ( At The Top of Page)
3. Click Campaigns tab
4. Click the Checkbox next to the campaign/s you wish to exclude IP
5. Click Edit tab
6. Click Other Changes
7. Select IP address exclusions
8. Enter Ip address from the click quota alert
9. Click ApplyTo approve our request to access your Google Ads account, simply log in to the email account/id you when linking TCS to your Google Ads account, and search for an email from Google requesting your approval to link TCS , once found simply click approve.
This can be solved by logging directly into the account or asking your client to approve access.
In order to change a domain being monitored by TCS
Goto your TCS dashboard > Set up > Website list > Remove domain > Select add new website > Enter your new domain url > Save
Install click tracking script on all your new landing pages.
If you are using a new Google Ads account with your new domain, unlink and link your new Google Ads account.
If you have forgotten your password and can’t log in to your Click Saver account, kindly refer to the login page, select the “forgotten password” link, enter the email id for your account and the system will email you a link to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your email id you have signed up with, please contact us via our contact us page, provide your name, username and domain’s url.
Getting started with The Click Saver is very easy and usually doesn't take any longer than 10 minutes, here is a step by step guide to help you with the basics.

Understanding Click Quotas
Click Quotas works by filling a void in Google Ads and Bing Ads, it gives you the ability to set a certain amount of clicks per IP address landing on your webpage/s. Once your click quota has been filled, it means you no longer want to show your ads to that IP address and the system will proceed to automatically exclude that IP address in Google Ads, stopping the ad from being served across all you campaigns, preventing any further costs from that IP address, at the same time an alert email is sent to you informing you to exclude this IP in Bing Ads.
What Fills Click Quotas?
Ad wastage is a global issue, to help you save the most money TCS tracks most Ip’s landing on your page, i.e Google Ads, Bing Ads, Organic and Direct clicks, depending on the traffic landing on your page, the system will automatically fill your click quotas exclusively of Ip’s from one source or combination of all sources.
Setting "Clicks Allowed" for your click quotas
Here you’re able to customize how many clicks you would like to include your click quota.
The ability to save clicks decreases as more clicks are included in your quotas, allowing one click being the most aggressive strategy where you save the most money from your PPC charges.
As a starting point, if your business is service related (i.e. doctors, locksmiths, plumbers, auto repairs etc) you may only need 1-2 clicks for a conversion. If your business is e-commerce related you may require 1-10 clicks for a conversion to occur.
You could also set your click quotas for an amount of clicks versus your products price point. For eg, if your average cost per click is $10 and your product/service price point is $150, you could set a limit of 1 click, costing you an average of $10 per IP for a conversion to occur, if the conversion has not been reached within this range, the IP could be considered not “hot”, excluding the IP and leave the remaining budget for ready to buy prospects.
The goal is to optimize the amount of clicks in your click quota to your conversions, your click quotas can be adjusted at any point and the system will start reflecting your changes immediately .
Setting "Time Period" for your click quotas
Setting the time period for your click quotas is 100% dependent on how long it takes for a conversion to occur, each business is different, in the service industry a conversion may occur within a short time period. However an e-commerce business may need a longer time period for a conversion to occur, as the IP may visit your site multiple times over a longer period.
