This article explains the limit of 500 excluded IP’s per campaign as set by Google Ads and how TCS handles this when saving clicks

Google Ads sets a limit of 500 IP’s per campaign which can be excluded, once your container is full, the system will automatically remove the oldest IP to make way for the new IP.

It is important to recognise that a specific IP that was used by a non-potential client three months ago will not necessarily be used by them today.

If an IP has recently been released from your container and fills your click quota, it will be excluded again immediately

You can also exceed Google’s limit by enabling IP ranges
